It was nice to see and update on your website. We are originally from Santa Fe. We attend some of the Fiesta functions. We were sorry to see the lack of attendence at the functions on the Plaza. Where was the local talent for the Marachi Concerts? We went to the concert in hopes of seeing many of our local singers and groups. We have really enjoyed them in the past. We hope you will include more local talent in the years to come.

Congratulations on a beautiful Fiesta! This is a wonderful website, filled with great information and history! I would love to see more pictures, not only of this year but past Fiestas! The project you all did a few years back at the De Vargas Mall with all the past De Vargas' and Queens was super...perhaps you could do the same here!!! Que Viva la Fiesta!!!

I am a native of Santa Fe. I was born there Nov.17,1942.My grandparents, parents, brother and I left Nov. of 1949. My grandfather,George Newt Eubank was a well known contractor there for many years. He had a home and lumber yard on Aguia Freia street. Please forgive the mis-spelling,I have been gone a long time.I have visited twice since iv'e been grown. My grandmother,Dicie E. Jones Eubank, still has family there. Would love to hear from them.My memories of Santa Fe are wonderful.I have very strong ones of Zozobra.I am doing an informative speech on "Old Man Gloom" that is the reason for the visit to your Web site. I would love to hear from any old friends of my family. My father is George Ralph Eubank. Thanks

The Fiesta Court made a visit to Alvord Community School this morning and were wonderful to our son, John, who is wheelchair-bound. Paul Tapia (Don Diego de Vargas) made John an "official" member of his cuadrilla. His brothers also introduced themselves to John and told him a little about themselves. John was so happy, it made his day and made Fiesta time even more special to him. We appreciate your efforts! Que Viva!

Looking forward to attending the Santa Fe Fiesta and especially participating in the Pet Parade along with friends Barbara L. and Claude Nobs (Founder of the Montreaux Jazz Festival of Switzerland and especially Barbara's Hannah (Swiss Bernaise Mountain Dog). Barbara will be outfitted from head to toe in a Swiss designer made authentic Bernaise Switzerland formal wear outfit and Claude will be outfitted in his Swiss costume including red shoes with edelweiss. Hannah (the Royal! - our Swiss miss) dog will be in a handmade signed sattle made especially for her in Switzerland and she will be pulling a handmade cart (replica of the original from centuries ago) from Switzerland filled with milk cans! We have planned and been in preparation for this Pet Parade in Santa Fe for the past few months! I have spent a couple of weeks in Vermont training Hannah to pull the swiss cart for this event!

Now we are just waiting for the big day. May I consider this my registration for the event and just show up at 10:00 or is there more information required???

Thanks

Cool Site but I'm truly distressed about the burning of Zozobra being moved to Thursday. It seems as some of the magic which is what Fiestas is about, is gone.

This is one of the BEST website I have visited. Home page, links and the extensive amount of information given is awesome. The person that designed your page is very talented, and is to be commended. So that we can plan our calendar, we need your 2001 schedule of events, and perhaps some new photographs of the Millenium "2000" Fiesta Celebration would be nice. Again, great Job!
We will surely visit your website again.

Nice site, however, search engines need to know about
this site. I performed a search with no success on
finding this site. Without out an effective hit ratio for
web searches on "Santa Fe Fiesta or Fiesta, Santa Fe",
this site will be buried away with millions of other sites.
Worse yet, a hit might be made but down so deep in page count
that user would most likly give up after the third page of
hits.
